Australia's Abbott on track for election victory: poll

"They see it as a new start, but we see it as the Wallabies in Sydney and we always expect a very committed and fired up team. "They have got some clearly stated goals to win the Bledisloe (Cup) and so have we," he added in reference to the symbol of trans-Tasman supremacy which is also up for grabs. McKenzie introduced eight new caps into his squad for the Rugby Championship but All Blacks players and coaches are well aware of their playing abilities, having encountered most if not all, at Super Rugby level. "Clearly we have watched teams he has coached and picked up a few things," Foster said when asked if they had analysed McKenzie's coaching style. "I guess that's the hard part with a new coach, you're not quite sure of combinations but we have studied their players in their squad thoroughly. "They will be similar players and have the same tendencies." Much of the pre-match discussion has settled on whether mercurial flyhalf Quade Cooper will start for the Wallabies after he fell out with Deans and was not selected for the Lions series. Cooper's instinctive style did not fit with Deans' conservative tactics, though he has thrived at Super Rugby level under McKenzie where he was given more time and space.

According to the document, Tourism Australia is also currently trialling Microsoft's cloud-based software package Office 365, and has said that all of the systems should be able to be delivered through the cloud. "The ability to scale infrastructure elastically is important. Virtual servers should be able to be provisioned at short notice and with little interaction either from Tourism Australia or the appointed partner," the document states. Tourism Australia's infrastructure is currently operated by the agency out of the Global Switch datacentre in Sydney, but the agency has said that responders can propose that resources be hosted either on-site or off-site, but would be managed by the partner, and the services and infrastructure do not need to be hosted in Australia. The agency has requested that tenders explain whether they have had any issues in dealing with the Chinese firewall, and whether that will pose any issues with using the systems in China.

Tourism Australia eyes cloud services, Windows 8

The poll illustrates the uphill battle facing Rudd and his task was not made easier by the first live debate on Sunday night, which focused on the economy and in which neither man was able to strike a killer blow. Rudd was accused of cheating by opposition politicians for appearing to use a wad of notes, in breach of the rules which stated only a pen and paper were allowed. "KRudd can't even keep basic promise on 'no notes' for #debate as he read his opening speech closing speech and most of it in between!" tweeted deputy opposition leader Julie Bishop. Rudd's office issued a statement denying any deliberate wrongdoing, saying no objections were raised at the time.
